I have been using Spru for a month. At first, I was a bit reluctant because I am diabetic and elderly, so I asked my children to look into it first. The taste took some getting used to, as this is the first time I’ve tried something like this. Initially, I took the full dose and noticed my blood sugar rose, so I started dividing the doses, which worked better. Overall, I haven’t noticed a significant difference in my health yet, but I would consider trying it again.

When spirulina tablets became the thing, back in the early 2000's, i used them for awhile, the energy boost was good, but you had to take more and more.
