Shipping policy

There are three ways to purchase and receive SPRU products:

1. GAUTENG

When ordering on our Gauteng online store choose delivery or collection:

  • Deliveries are made only within our Gauteng delivery area as currently shown on Gauteng delivery page A R65 delivery fee is added at checkout.
Orders can be collected or delivered
    • all at once (1 delivery immediately)
    • in two equal deliveries (one immediate and one after 2 months)
    • or in 4 deliveries (one immediately then monthly) 
      DELIVERIES CAN EASILY BE RESCHEDULED ANYTIME       - just contact us on chat or WhatsApp. 
  • Free Collections from Farm Table - Nature's Grocers:   44 1st Avenue, Linden, Randburg. Opening hours & map.
    WE WILL CONTACT YOU when your order is ready for collection.

2. NATIONAL DELIVERIES

We deliver to Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit and George.

Place national delivery orders here - the price includes overnight delivery cost.

  • Your address must be within the city - if in doubt please connect on chat to confirm
  • We ship Monday through Thursday afternoon for overnight delivery
  • Our couriers will SMS you with delivery tracking and details
  • You must be available to receive the delivery and transfer it immediately into a fridge or freezer

Products are super-frozen and packed in insulated boxes that keep them frozen for 24 hours. If there are any delivery delays or your products do not arrive frozen please contact us immediately.
