Local delivery

Orders within the highlighted local delivery areas are delivered by Breaze for a flat fee of R89. See the current maps on our Delivery Information page.

Delivery elsewhere in South Africa

Orders outside the local delivery areas are sent with The Courier Guy. The applicable courier option and charge are shown at checkout before payment.

For parcels over 6 kg, contact SPRU before placing your order for a courier quote: 066 060 4533 or healyourhealth@spru.life.

Receiving frozen products

SPRU is delivered frozen. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and place every SPRU product directly into the freezer. Do not store SPRU in the fridge.

If a parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or defrosted, take clear photographs, keep the affected product frozen and contact us as soon as possible on 066 060 4533 or at healyourhealth@spru.life.
