Place SPRU products into the fridge or freezer immediately when receiving them and ensure they stay chilled or frozen until use:
- SHOTS: Delivered frozen with 9 months shelf life, enjoy within 2 weeks of defrosting.
- STIX: Delivered frozen with 9 months shelf life, enjoy within 2 days of defrosting.
- FAST Energy Mealsâ„¢: Delivered frozen with 3 months shelf life, enjoy within 1 week of defrosting. Use clean spoon and do not double dip.
As a natural product with no added stabilizers, SPRU products may separate over time into blue and other coloured liquids. These are powerful natural anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories - simply stir/shake them back in and use as normal.
We work hard to ensure each portion of SPRU is packed under the cleanest conditions to ensure biologically pure spirulina with an extended shelf life.
