Keep SPRU frozen
Place SPRU in the freezer as soon as it arrives. Keep it frozen until you are ready to use it. SPRU belongs in the freezer, not the fridge.
When you are ready to use it
Defrost only the portion you need, then use it in your preferred drink or meal. Return the remaining product to the freezer promptly and follow any product-specific instructions on the pack.
